It all began long before we even knew it—back in 2007 at Awanas at Colonial Baptist Church, where 5-year-old Landon and 3-year-old Emma crossed paths for the very first time. We didn’t know it then, but even in that small moment, God was already gently weaving our story together. Fast forward fifteen years to July 31st, 2022, when Emma sent Landon a simple birthday message. A few days later, we met in person as Landon gave Emma a tour of NC State’s campus. He was a rising junior, and she was just about to begin her freshman year. Our first “date” came on Emma’s birthday, August 26th, at a CRU shag night. After that they spent every day getting to know more about each other. On September 28th, 2022, by the waters of Falls Lake, Landon asked Emma to be his girlfriend—and joyfully she said yes. Nearly three years of hikes, football games, snowboarding trips, and countless fun memories followed! On April 30th, 2025, at the very place where we’ll say “I do,” Landon got down on one knee—and Emma said yes again, this time to forever. Through every step, we’ve seen the beauty of God’s hand in our story—how He brought us together in His time, for His purpose, for His glory. Now, as we prepare to become husband and wife, we’re overwhelmed with gratitude for the Lord and His grace in our lives. We can’t wait to celebrate all He has done for us with you!

Emma’s younger sister and one of our very favorite people. Spunky, smart, beautiful, and full of life, Kate brings joy and laughter to every room she enters- and she loves the Lord so fiercely! She is truly the funniest person we know and our favorite little sis! And Emma looks up to her spiritual maturity and wisdom beyond her years. We can’t imagine this day without her by our side!

Landon’s older brother and lifelong role model, Christian has always led with a kind heart and steady presence. He’s been one of Landon’s greatest influences and friends. He’s an amazing husband to his beautiful wife Micah and together we look up to their marriage. Together they truly glorify God’s Kingdom. We’re so grateful to have Christian as the best man on this special day!

Lily is Landon’s sister and truly one of Emma’s best friends! She is the definition of a servant-hearted soul. She’s kind, joyful, compassionate, fun, and always lights up the room! She is beautiful inside and out, and loves the Lord so deeply it shows in everything she does. We’re so honored to have her standing with us as our sweet sister!

Brayden is Landon’s oldest brother and someone Landon has always looked up to. Brayden has always embodied the motto “serve and protect” and has always looked after his family. Brayden is brave, devoted, and full of joy, and Emma is always cracking up at his stories and sense of humor. We’re so proud of him and honored to have such an inspiring brother standing by our side.

Elizabeth is Emma’s younger cousin and forever friend—her heart is truly as pure as they come. Her joy is contagious, her spirit is gentle, and she brings so much wisdom in every season. Emma looks up to her more than she knows! She is gorgeous both inside and out! We’re beyond blessed to have such a loving and faithful family member(and dear friend) walking alongside us.

Emma’s twin brother and her very first best friend, Cameron is the definition of loyal and encouraging. Being twins Cameron and Emma have done everything together, from sharing childhood memories to being a constant source of support, his friendship means the world—Emma can’t imagine doing life without him and is so thankful to be his sister—and we’re blessed to have him standing with us.

Micah is the older sister we never had—full of wisdom, kindness, beauty, and grace. She’s been a role model to both of us, and her love for the Lord shines so clearly in everything she does, including her marriage to Christian. Oh and she’s also our personal nurse. We are deeply honored and thankful to have her by our side.

Matthew is Landon’s brother-in-law and the husband of his youngest sister, Lily. Matthew is one of Landon’s go-to guys, always ready for a round of (sometimes chaotic!) golf and a good laugh. We’re so thankful for his friendship and the laughter he adds to our lives.

Lucy is Emma’s older cousin, lifelong friend, and someone she’s looked up to for as long as she can remember. She’s a prayer warrior, a source of deep wisdom, and one of Emma’s dearest friends. She is also a fellow Bride and engaged to Matt!  Her love, encouragement, and strength have been such a gift—and Emma can’t imagine going through this season of life without her! We’re so thankful to have her by our side and walk through life together!

Lucy Dixon

Matt quickly became one of Landon’s closest friends after meeting through the bride—he’s Lucy’s fiancé! Matt is a constant source of encouragement, kindness, and spiritual strength—their friendship has been rooted in faith from the start. Emma is so thankful for the friendship they share. He’s also a very gifted golfer—Landon calls him his personal coach! We’re so grateful for Matt’s steady presence and the joy he brings to our lives.

The girl who got the bride through college(and was her freshman year roommate), Muhser is a true force of kindness, resilience, and strength. She has such a heart for the Lord, and  she constantly pushes those around her to be their best—while somehow being the sassiest and sweetest person in the room. We are so blessed to have her by our side!

Lifelong friend of the groom—who is more like another brother, and the grooms college roommate, Garrett is truly one of our favorite people! He is kind, funny, and a true friend. Garrett has a sweet heart and genuine desire for the Lord. He has always been an encouragement in Landon’s life! He is also our favorite chef(thanks for all the college dinners)!

If joy were a person, it would be Lily! Her contagious smile, deep love for Jesus, and genuine friendship light up every room she walks into. Not to mention she is hilarious! She is such an intentional friend and is loved by both the bride and groom! We are truly honored to have her stand with us on such a special day.

Landon can’t remember a time he didn’t have his friend Christopher in his life. They grew up together at Church and in the neighborhood and have countless stories of fun! Emma has loved getting to know Christopher and is thankful he will be part of their lives. He is a faithful friend, and we are thankful to have him by our side!

A lifelong friend of the bride since middle school and former co-worker of the groom, Kate holds a special place in our story—she was actually the first person to ever mention Landon to Emma! She is strong, kind, beautiful, and so fun! Some of Emma’s favorite high school memories were made with Kate! We’re so honored to have her standing with us on this special day.

A sweet college friend of the groom and yet another roommate, Isaac has been a steady presence in Landon’s life. Isaac cares deeply for his friends and is so intentional with their time, especially with Landon. Emma is grateful to know that Isaac will always be in Landon’s corner and is thankful for the friendship they share.

Katie is Brayden’s wife, Landon’s sister in law, and Emma is honored to be able to share a last name with her! Both Emma and Landon look up to her. She is full of courage, strength, and kindness. She has a genuine desire to run after Jesus! She loves others so well (and her dog Nxy!)She and Brayden are truly a power couple (they are both Navy pilots)! We are so blessed to be able to call her family!
